He became a preacher in the 1940's, traveling across the United States and Europe, sharing about the love of God in stadiums filled with tens of thousands of people. He had influence upon hundreds of thousands of lives, and American Magazine said his leadership 'set a new standard Towards the end of his life he walked away from everything he had ever known, proclaiming that he had lost his faith. Though Charles Templeton was once known for working alongside his friend Billy Graham, their paths in life took dramatic turns in the opposite direction. In a final interview before his death, Templeton bemoaned where his path had taken him.
Two hundred years before Christ, Romans would scare their children by telling them, 'Hannibal is at the door' The legendary conqueror rode elephants into the fabled city, terrifying the people and the Roman army. After conquering the city, he captured the gold and the government, leading from his throne in Carthage. Yet after all of his accomplishments, he felt desolate and alone and ended his own life by drinking poison
It is said that one of the greatest lies the devil tells is, 'For you, personally, things will never change' As we will see, this belief is especially crippling.
Recently I attended a seminar led by Anthony Robbins. He introduced what he called the 'formula for happiness' Simple but brilliant, it is made up of two sets of letters, LC and BP.
When LC = BP, a person is fulfilled and happy. When LC doesn't equal BP, and the person feels helpless to make a change, they are headed for unhappiness. LC stands for 'life condition,' and BP stands for our 'blueprint' or our expectation about how life should be. What if your life is not where you want it to be? You have two choices, you can change your blueprint, or you can change your life condition.
For example, if your current life condition means working a job that is far from your ideal career you have a couple of options. You can find a new job, or you can alter the meaning you give to the position you currently hold. Or even better, you can change both.
Remember, it is when a person feels that things can never be different that they suffer despair. It is important to realize we are always in control of the meaning we give to our experiences.
Consider for a moment the life of Nelson Mandela. Spending more than two decades suffering injustice as he was held in prison, there was little he could do to modify his circumstances. However, he was fully in command of the meaning he would give those years, in fact sharing that he saw them not as suffering but as preparation for the day he would lead South Africa out of apartheid. Unlike Templeton or Hannibal, he found an empowering meaning behind his experience, and thus lived a life of fulfillment in a place where many would have given up.
So take some time and consider areas of life where you feel the most fulfilled and I believe you will find that your LC = BP. And in the areas where you find the least fulfillment, realize that in a moment of decision you can find happiness by changing your life condition or your blueprint, and perhaps even both.

How To Tell If Your Ex Wants To Reconcile..........!!!!!!!!!!
If you note that your ex is showing suttle signs of wanting to get back with you, or seems like they are wanting to spend more time with you than they used to, or of they start to flirt with you, then it's fine to get your hopes up some but don't get over zealous quite yet. Right now you might be asking yourself "How To Get Your Ex Back?".
Yes these are great signals that shows that your ex does want to take you back. But at this point it's not prudent to make any rash decisions, even if you feel the same way they do. Now is the time to play hard to get, however, be realistic here and don't over do it. Too much of anything is not a good thing.
They will most likely respond better to this. If you try to dive head first back into this relationship, you may notice that this behavior just pushes them further away than they were before. As a matter of fact, if your ex is sending you suttle clues that they want you back, then chances are it was because you were playing your cards right by holding back which sparked a renewed interest with your ex.
Most of the time when you and your ex part ways, after a period of weeks it is only natural for the both of you to miss each other and the tendencies become natural for the both of you to try and reconcile. If the relationship between the both of you lasted a year or more, this is even more true.
There's no doubt that your ex is going to miss you. You can be sure of this by taking a trip down memory lane and remembering all the great times you two had in the past. However other feelings that include past regrets might surface. So when you honestly ask yourself "How To Get Your Ex Back" chances are they may be wondering the same things for the exact same reason.
Occasionally your ex may have no intention to get you back. They show interest just as a sign of attention, and are just playing on your emotions. The other reason is they may be in between mate hunting and might just trying to kill some time while they are searching, and are using you as a scapegoat. What's worse is they may even be doing this to get back at you, because they think you might have done something bad to them.
The litmus test for this is to see if they are really willing to spend quality time with you. Make sure you step back and take some time to really evaluate the situation before you dive head first back into the relationship. You will know within a few weeks if it's right or not.
This happens all the time, and most people wonder if getting your ex back is the right way to go. The fact of the matter is that time heals all wounds. With every day that passes by, more of the truth will reveal itself. If your ex is serious about a reconciliation, play tough to get, but keep this scenario in perspective. This way if you find out later that your ex wasn't serious about returning to you than it will help minimize a lot of emotional hurt.

Searching For A New Home: How To Find The Perfect House......!!!!!!
Looking for a new home is a complicated business. There are so many factors to consider, including the type of property you would feel comfortable in, the style of building you would like to live in, how much you can afford to pay, the amenities and transport links in the local area, and whether it will be near enough to work or to school. The difficulties increase with each member of the family that needs to be considered. If there are two of you who work in different places, where will you both be able to commute to work from? If you have (or are planning to have children) will they be close enough to a good school? If you have a dog will the garden be big enough?
Before you even begin looking at actual houses you should work out what you will be looking for. What are the essential requirements for your dream home, and what would you like to have but could do without? Are there any features that would completely put you off a house, or which you wouldn't like but could cope with?
You should think about what you are looking for both in the house itself and in its location. Features you might want to consider include the numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms, the style of the property, the sizes of the rooms, and the atmosphere of the neighborhood. You might also be looking for a property with specific features, for example you might be dreaming of having your own pool, or desperate for a stunning view.
Once you know what you want, you should work out what you can afford, and where you should look for your new home. You probably have some ides of location already- for example a region or a city in which you will be working, or where you have friends and relatives. You now need to narrow this down to particular neighborhoods. This means finding out what the different parts of the area are like, what sort of properties are available in them, and how much they are likely to sell for. You will need to know what your own budget is, including how much you will be able to borrow and how large your deposit will be. You should be able to get pre-approved for a mortgage before you choose your new home, so you will know exactly how much you have available to spend. < There are a number of different places where you can find out about homes for sale. The most obvious way is to visit the realtors who serve the areas you are interested in. They will be able to tell you about any properties they have on offer that meet your requirements. You can also take the initiative and look around for yourself. Houses are often advertised in local newspapers, and there are plenty of websites that will allow you to search for homes that match your criteria. It can also be a good idea to drive or walk through any neighborhood that you are particularly interested in as you may catch sight of a "for sale" sign. Even if you don't find anything new this will give you a chance to take a quick look at any properties you have already heard about, and to get a feel for the area. Looking for yourself can bring properties to your attention that you will be able to follow up with the relevant realtor, but you could also come across something that is being sold privately. If you do decide to find out more about such a property, or even to make an offer on one, then you should make sure you are dealing with a trustworthy seller. Get legal advice and make sure that you understand the contracts you sign, particularly what will happen to your deposit if the sale falls through. You should always make sure that you know what you are letting yourself in for before you buy a new house. Get a thorough, professional inspection in order to uncover any hidden problems that could be costly to get fixed, and don't let yourself get carried away by emotion, and don't make any snap decisions. It is rarely a good idea to agree to buy a house on the day that you see it, or to buy the first place that you look at. Make sure you are making the right choice. Keep a clear head and don't let your love for what seems like a dream house tempt you into buying something that will turn out to be a nightmare to live in.

LPG Cylinders Expiry Date ?
LPG cylinders Expiry Date ?
Do you know that there is an expiry date (physical life) for LPG cylinders?
Most of us do not know this.
Expired Cylinders are not safe for use and may cause accidents.
In this regard please be cautious at the time of accepting any LPG cylinder from the vendor.
Here is how we can check the expiry of LPG cylinders:
On one of three side stems of the cylinder,
the expiry date is coded alpha numerically as follows
A or B or C or D and some two digit number following this e.g. D06.
The alphabets stand for quarters -
A for March (First Qtr),
B for June (Second Qtr),
C for Sept (Third Qtr), &
D for December (Fourth Qtr).
The digits stand for the year till it is valid. Hence D06 would mean Fourth Qtr (December) of 2006.
